1. Service Description

1-Click Bulk Posts is a Wix application that uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO-optimized blog post content. The Service allows you to:

• Generate blog post drafts using AI based on your topics and preferences
• Edit and refine AI-generated content
• Publish content directly to your Wix blog
• Schedule content via a content calendar

2. Account and Access

The Service is accessed through the Wix platform. By installing 1-Click Bulk Posts on your Wix site, you authorize us to access your Wix site data as necessary to provide the Service, including your blog categories, site information, and member identity.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Wix account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each content generation action consumes credits. Credit allocations, pricing, and renewal terms are determined by your subscription tier and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

All payments are processed through the Wix platform. Refund policies are governed by the applicable Wix marketplace terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service. Once generated, the content is yours to use, modify, and publish as you see fit.
• No guarantee of accuracy: AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing all content before publication.
• No guarantee of uniqueness: AI models may produce similar or identical output for different users. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free from similarities to other published material.
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your website, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Generate spam or misleading content at scale
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application from your Wix site. We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any generated content already published to your Wix blog remains on your site.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
