When you install and use 1-Click Bulk Posts on your Wix site, we receive the following information through the Wix platform:

• Wix identity information: Your Wix account ID, site member ID, and site owner ID

• Blog data: Blog categories and existing post metadata, as needed to provide content generation features

1.2 Content You Create

We store the content generated through the Service, including blog post drafts, topics, and generation settings, to provide and improve the Service.

1.3 Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including:

• Features used and actions taken
• Credit consumption and generation history
• Error logs and performance data

1.4 Support Chat

The Service includes a live chat support feature powered by Tawk.to. If you use the chat widget, the following information may be collected:

• Chat messages and any personal information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, email address)
• Your IP address, browser type, and device information
• The page URL from which you initiated the chat

This data is collected and processed by Tawk.to on their servers. You are not required to provide any personal information in the chat.

We retain your data for as long as your 1-Click Bulk Posts installation is active. If you uninstall the application from your Wix site, we will delete your account data and generated content within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

5. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, as well as third-party cookies for the live chat feature. We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics tracking purposes.

• Session cookie: Used to maintain your authenticated session while using the Service
• Tawk.to cookies: The live chat widget sets cookies (such as TawkConnectionTime and __tawkuuid) to manage chat sessions and identify returning visitors. These cookies are set by Tawk.to and are subject to their privacy policy.
